Two events this October: ARUBA 2050 on Saturday 24 October, and the Aruba Workforce Strategy Session on 26 and 27 October.
Aruba in 2050 needs people like you.
The island’s future isn’t set. Come question it, and shape what could change.
On Saturday, October 24, we are bringing together 20 young Aruban Change Makers, ages 16-29, for a day to exchange perspectives, think critically and explore what Aruba could become.
What kind of Aruba do you want to live in?

You were nominated because you stand out. Someone sees something in you that deserves a place in the conversation about Aruba’s future.
You were nominated. Now we invite you to take your place in the conversation. Leave your contact details to express your interest.
In collaboration with Lead by Design, Mltpl Choice and University of Aruba.
Who will you employ?
An evening for employers on the workforce challenge ahead
Employers across Aruba are searching for qualified people, while many young Arubans are searching for work. We invite you to spend an evening with us looking at why the two are not finding each other, what this means for your organisation, and what employers can do about it.
Who this session is for
This session is intended for HR and people managers, small business owners, and everyone who is in charge of recruitment, training and people in their organisation.
