Lisette M. Malmberg is an Aruban businesswoman, investor and Social Justice Activist. She is a shareholder of De Palm Corporation N.V., a veteran in the Tourism Industry and has played a significant role on the Board of Directors of the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA) for many years. She has been a member of the Board of the Aruba Quality Foundation and the Aruba Hospitality and Tourism Security Foundation.


Mrs. Malmberg is the Founder of Kingdom Leadership Institute – KLI Aruba, a leadership institute founded in 2008. KLI is designed to equip and give formation of leadership to its students so that they can discover their purpose, their place of calling and their gifting, to give contribution to the community in their sphere of influence. Over 200 students received their Bachelors degree in Practical Ministry at this institute and are contributing to our nation in their sphere of influence.

Mrs. Malmberg has a Bachelor Degree in Science, with a major in Marketing from St. Thomas University in Miami, Fl. and a Bachelor Degree in Practical Ministry from the Wagner Leadership Institute in Pasadena, CA.

 

 

She is also a licensed Coach in the John Maxwell Coaching Program. Mrs. Malmberg also founded HopeAruba Fundacion Restauracion, with its first major social project – Cas Speransa Nobo – a rehabilitation center for people addicted to substances, managed by Global Teen Challenge founded to help men overcome their addictions and to facilitate their recovery up to the point where he can become a productive and functioning member of society.
